Stock Forecast Warning  It is most useful if you are trying to prevent stock shortages because it only lists the stock items which are perceived to have have a stock problem, unlike the main stock forecast report which lists all resources, regardless of stock levels. The report is sorted by "Resource Sort Group" (eg C for Cords, F for Fabrics) The top left corner of the report shows your name for a resource (eg LOTCHM). The top row then shows the dates: The first date is 2 weeks ago, the second date is last week, and the third date is this week... with up to 12 weeks of future data. The "Stock" row shows how much of the resource should be available for use at the start of each week. The "Usage" row shows how much of the resource should be used that week. The "Orders" row shows how much of that resource has been ordered to arrive that week. The "Delys" row shows how much of that resource has actually arrived that week. Please note that Deliveries are historical fact: If something is due to arrive, then it's an order, but if it has arrived then it's a delivery. This is why there are no deliveries for future dates. On the Delys row you can also see the Manufacturer and the Manufacturers name for the resource. If present, you can also see the names of the cord, unflanged cord and ruche for this resource. On the right side of the report are the 8 and 24 week sales figure, ie how much of this resource has been used by your sales over the last 8 and 24 weeks respectively. The final item in this column is the "To Order" recommendation by SuiteMaker. Where there are problems with a resource (eg late stock delivery, low stock) then these are indicated by warnings on the right-hand side of the report.
