The Options form sets the general properties for SuiteMaker.
The Order Printing page sets the general properties for printing orders
The Acknowledgement sub-page controls the printing of the Order Acknowledgements, such as whether a background image ("watermark") is used, and whether SuiteMaker needs to provide the form outline ("stationary") for printing on blank paper, or just the information for pre-printed forms.
