Maintain Payments

SuiteMaker of course supports the receipt of payments. This form shows you the payments so you can work with them and allocate them to invoices.

The "Show All" check box allows you to show all the payments, not just those which are unallocated so you are free to chase down missing payments.

You can use this form to Add, Maintain or Delete payments.

Double-clicking a line will take you to that payment so can edit it.

To make it easier to find the payment you want, just clicking on the column heading will cause the data to be sorted by that column.
