If SuiteMaker is cooperating with another accounts system it is necessary for the two systems to exchange account informaton to ensure that both systems are referring to the same account with the same reference code.
This form allows SuiteMaker to import Accounts Data from other systems so that the two systems keep in step and avoid unnecessary problems.
