Add Resource Delivery

When resources (eg fabric, staples, hinges) are delivered it is necessary to enter them into SuiteMaker.
This form allows you to enter the arrival of resources into SuiteMaker. It amends the outstanding order to note the arrival of part or all of the awaited material and this is then visible when the Stock Forecast is next regenerated.
