Order Notes are entered to accompany an order both at the time they are created and over the subsequent life of the order and warranty period. They are fast, efficient and save alot of staff time. Used diligently they can spot problem customers early on.
This form allows you to create a new order note, along with the date, time and your userid, and can be reached from Maintain Order Notes.
