Add Cover Type

A Cover Type is a way of categorising different covers for the purposes of stock control and order entry. The essential idea is that where you categorise covers (eg 1, 2, 3, or 4 fabrics or waxes and varnishes) then you create a new covertype.

The CoverType is used to select which bill of materials to use (eg covering in 2 fabrics will normally use more fabric than covering in just 1 fabric) and it is also used to control the covers available for an item (eg if smaller items are only available in one stain but larger items can be two-tone).
