Support Arrangements

Support ArrangementsSuiteMaker support is usually done through telephone on 0845 89 00 660 or through email.. We aim to always provide an excellent level of support.

You will automatically get 3 months of free support from going live with SuiteMaker and additional support can then be purchased on a maintenance basis.

After the first 3 months you are advised to take out an annual maintenance contract for 20% of the price of the software as this will entitle you to support and upgrades to newer versions of SuiteMaker. If you do not wish to take out a support contract then you can obtain support at normal commercial rates whenever necessary.

When you place a support call, you should expect:

  • The phone to be answered within 3 rings during normal business hours (UK Customers from Mon-Fri, 9am to 5:30pm, but often other times).
  • A consultant immediately available to discuss the problem with you at least 80% of the time, and within 2 hours 98% of the time,
  • To get a bug fix within 3 days or a workaround within 1 day.

If you have a local reseller then they should offer support more appropriate to your time zone. If you have no local reseller then we will endeavour to make a support engineer available out of hours to discuss the matter.
